Quick update: we will need signed and sealed docs from an engineer to get this project rolling. I have been in touch with an expert, and he is helpful. We need to do some of our own research and his rate will be $120 an hour when we need him. Hopefully we can find out the manufacturer it will save a ton of headache. So who knows who was making Quonset hut in 1981?

The derelict Quonset hut is officially under contract. We close July 7th 2017. The adventure begins... So this is a long time coming...
